Clove Tea Elixir: The Spicy Brew That Heals from Within

1 cup (250 ml) water

3–4 whole cloves

Optional: a slice of fresh ginger, a cinnamon stick, or a teaspoon of honey

How to Make:
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.

Add the cloves (and optional ginger or cinnamon) to the boiling water.

Simmer for 5–7 minutes.

Strain the tea into a cup.

Add honey if desired. Serve warm.
