Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and let cool slightly.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with the cooked beef.
Stuff each pasta shell with the beef-ricotta mixture.
Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Arrange the stuffed shells in the dish. Pour the rest of the marinara sauce over them.
Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
