10-Minute Elegant Apple Cake – Straight from a Five-Star Kitchen

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 24 cm round baking pan with butter or nonstick spray.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, salt, and sugar until pale and slightly foamy.

Stir in the melted butter and vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking powder. Gradually add it to the wet ingredients, mixing gently until smooth.

Gently fold in the apple slices until evenly coated with the batter.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let the cake cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes before removing.

Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar before serving.
