Pat chicken thighs dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, shaking off the excess.
Place the coated chicken in the bottom of a slow cooker.
In a small bowl, whisk together orange marmalade, soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic powder.
Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
Optionally, garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds before serving.
