Slim Start Banana-Oat Pancakes: No Flour, All Flavor!

Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.

Add the oats and mix well. Let sit for 5 minutes so oats can absorb moisture.

(Optional) Add a sprinkle of cinnamon, a splash of vanilla, or one egg for protein.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Lightly grease if needed.

Spoon the mixture into small pancakes and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
