Protein Chocolate Bars with Mocha and Almond

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, and instant coffee.

Add almond butter, honey (or syrup), and milk. Stir until a thick dough forms.

Fold in the chopped almonds.

Press the mixture into a lined small loaf pan or square dish.

Pour melted chocolate on top and smooth it out.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until firm.

Slice into bars and store in an airtight container.
