Apple Cider Vinegar Soak (Daily):
Mix equal parts warm water and apple cider vinegar in a basin. Soak feet for 15–20 minutes daily. This creates an acidic environment that inhibits fungal growth.
Tea Tree Oil Application (Twice Daily):
After soaking and drying feet, apply 2–3 drops of tea tree oil directly to the affected nail using a cotton swab. Let it air dry completely.
Coconut Oil Rub (Daily):
Rub a thin layer of coconut oil on the nails and surrounding skin. Coconut oil contains antifungal fatty acids that help weaken the fungus’s membrane.
Baking Soda Paste (2–3 times/week):
Mix baking soda with a few drops of water to form a paste. Apply to the nail, let sit for 10 minutes, then rinse. It helps absorb moisture and reduce fungal activity.
Garlic Treatment (Optional – 2 times/week):
Crush 1 clove of garlic and apply the paste to the nail for 30 minutes. Garlic has natural antifungal properties but can cause skin irritation in some people.
