Lemon Garlic Surf & Turf Alfredo with Crispy Rosemary Potatoes

Mix olive oil, lemon juice and zest, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Toss chicken slices in marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.

Sear in a hot skillet 3–4 min per side until cooked. Set aside.

2️⃣ Sauté the Shrimp

In same skillet, heat olive oil. Sauté garlic briefly.

Add shrimp, cook 2–3 min per side until pink. Season and set aside.

3️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce

In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic.

Stir in cream, Parmesan, lemon juice and zest, dill, salt, and pepper.

Simmer until thickened, 3–5 min.

4️⃣ Roast the Potatoes

Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, and Parmesan.

Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 25–30 min, flipping halfway.

5️⃣ Assemble & Serve

Arrange chicken and shrimp over pasta or serve alongside potatoes.

Spoon Alfredo sauce over the top. Garnish with parsley, extra cheese, and lemon wedges.
