Juicy Baked Chicken Breast with Cheese & Mustard Marinade

Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).

Prepare Marinade:
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, minced garlic, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley.

Coat the Chicken:
Pat the chicken breasts dry and coat them thoroughly with the marinade. Let sit for 10–15 minutes (or overnight in the fridge for more flavor).

Bake:
Place chicken fillets in a baking dish. Top with grated cheese and mozzarella.

Cook:
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
