Homemade Chocolate-Covered Ice Cream Bars

Scoop ice cream into bar shapes or pack it into silicone molds. Insert a popsicle stick into each bar. Freeze for 2–3 hours or until completely solid.

Melt the Chocolate:
Gently melt the halal chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or microwave in short bursts. Stir until smooth.

Prepare Toppings:
Place crushed nuts, cookies, and sprinkles in separate bowls.

Dip & Decorate:
Dip the frozen bars into melted chocolate, let excess drip off, then immediately roll or sprinkle with your toppings.

Set Again:
Place on a tray lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 15–20 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
