Golden Puff Pastry Chicken Parcels with Cheese & Veggies

Heat olive oil in a skillet. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook until golden and cooked through. Let cool, then slice thinly.

Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into two equal rectangles.

Spread Dijon mustard in the center of each piece.

Layer with sliced chicken, cheese, diced bell pepper, and onion.

Fold the pastry over to enclose the filling and seal the edges by pressing with a fork.

Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.

Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
