Drink 1–2 glasses of ginger lemon water daily:
In the morning on an empty stomach to jumpstart digestion

Ingredients
1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated or sliced)
1 lemon (freshly squeezed)
2–3 cups (500–750 ml) warm or hot water
Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper or a teaspoon of raw honey
How to Make
Boil water and let it cool slightly.
Add ginger and steep for 5–10 minutes.
Stir in lemon juice (and optional honey or cayenne).
Strain if desired and drink warm or at room temperature.
