Clean mushrooms with a damp cloth or brush. Slice if large; keep small ones whole.
2️⃣ Sauté in Butter & Oil:
Heat butter and olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and spread them in a single layer. Let them sear undisturbed for 3–4 minutes.
3️⃣ Add Garlic & Stir:
Stir in the minced garlic. Cook for another 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are golden and fragrant.
4️⃣ Season and Garnish:
Season with salt, pepper, and parsley. Add a splash of lemon juice or soy sauce if desired. Serve hot.
