Ingredients:
2 tbsp neutral oil (e.g., canola, sunflower)

2 cloves garlic, grated

1.5” piece fresh ginger, grated

500 g (1.1 lbs) chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

Salt and pepper, to taste

¾ cup Fanta (orange soda)

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar

1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water (slurry)
