Ingredients:
For the Rice Balls:
2 cups cooked rice (preferably short-grain or sushi rice)

1 small carrot, grated

½ cup finely chopped bell pepper (any color)

½ cup chopped spring onions or chives

1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari

1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (optional)

2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds + 4 tablespoons water (flax egg)

Salt & pepper to taste

Olive oil for brushing or frying

For the Avocado Dip:
1 ripe avocado

Juice of ½ lime

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 small garlic clove, minced

Salt and black pepper to taste

Optional: pinch of cumin or chili flakes
