1️⃣ Prepare the Potatoes:
Grate the potatoes and place them in a clean cloth. Squeeze out the excess moisture thoroughly.
2️⃣ Mix the Batter:
In a bowl, combine the grated potatoes, egg, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
3️⃣ Cook the Fritters:
Heat a bit of oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Spoon in portions of the potato mixture and flatten slightly. Cook for about 3–4 minutes per side or until golden and crispy.
4️⃣ Drain & Serve:
Remove from the pan and place on paper towels to drain any excess oil.
