Creamy Garlic Chicken with Burst Cherry Tomatoes

Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sear chicken on both sides until golden and cooked through (about 5–7 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Add cherry tomatoes and sauté until they soften and begin to burst (around 5 minutes).

Pour in the cream and stir well. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes to thicken slightly.

Return the chicken to the pan and spoon the sauce over it. Simmer for another 2 minutes.

Sprinkle with Parmesan and fresh herbs if desired. Serve warm.
