Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out puff pastry into a rectangle (about 3–4 mm thick).
In a bowl, mix diced apples with sugar and cinnamon.
Spread the apple mixture over half the pastry. Fold the other half over the apples.
Press down gently, then cut into strips (about 2 cm wide).
Twist each strip and place it on the baking sheet.
Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
