Banana Blueberry Cake

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a loaf or round cake tin.

Mash Bananas:
In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.

Combine Wet Ingredients:
Add the melted butter and milk to the bananas and mix well.

Add Dry Ingredients:
Gently fold in the self-raising flour until just combined. Avoid overmixing.

Add Blueberries:
Lightly fold in the blueberries, reserving a few to sprinkle on top.

Bake:
Pour the batter into the prepared tin. Top with remaining blueberries.
Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean.

Cool and Serve:
Allow to cool in the tin for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
