Mix Wet Ingredients: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the peanut butter, honey, milk, vanilla, and salt. Stir until smooth and just warm (don’t boil).
Add Dry Ingredients: Remove from heat and stir in the cocoa powder and oats. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
Shape Cookies: Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined plate or tray. Flatten slightly with a spoon.
Chill: Place in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to firm up.
