"Zesty Lemon Butter Fish Fillet: A Fresh and Flavorful Delight"

Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the fish fillets and cook for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden and flaky. Remove them from the skillet and keep warm.

In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Stir in the lemon juice and zest. Cook for another minute.

Return the fish fillets to the skillet. Spoon the sauce over them and let them simmer for 1–2 minutes to reheat.

Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slices before serving.
