Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Step 2: Assemble the Subs
Slice each sub roll lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through.
Layer the inside of each roll with slices of salami, ham, and pepperoni or capicola.
Add two slices of cheese to each sub, followed by a generous helping of banana peppers and red onions.
Step 3: Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together the Italian dressing, melted butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
Step 4: Brush and Bake
Place the assembled sandwiches on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the tops and insides of the rolls liberally with the sauce mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden and slightly crispy.
Step 5: Serve
Let the sandwiches cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy the melty, zesty deliciousness!
