Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a Bundt pan or round baking dish.
Prepare the dough: Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small, bite-sized pieces (about 1–2 inches).
Mix the toppings: In a large bowl, toss the dough pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, half of the mozzarella cheese, and the pepperoni slices.
Assemble the bread: Layer the dough pieces into the greased pan, sprinkling in the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese as you go.
Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let it cool slightly before removing from the pan.
Serve: Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping. Pull apart and enjoy!
