To Create the Fertilizer and Insecticide Spray:
Fill a spray bottle with 1 liter (about 4 cups) of water.
Add 1 teaspoon of neem oil to the water.
Add a few drops (about ¼ teaspoon) of mild liquid soap to help the oil mix with the water.
Close the bottle tightly and shake vigorously until the mixture is well blended.
Spray directly onto the leaves and stems of plants, covering all surfaces thoroughly.
