Peel the oranges and lemon, removing seeds but keeping as much of the white pith as possible (it’s rich in antioxidants). Grate or finely chop the fresh ginger.

Blend:
Place the citrus fruits and ginger into a blender. Blend until smooth.

Add Honey and Turmeric:
Add raw honey and turmeric (if using) and pulse briefly to combine.

Store:
Pour the mixture into a glass jar with a lid. Store it in the refrigerator for up to one week.

How to Use:
Take 1–2 tablespoons each morning on an empty stomach for maximum benefits.
