Thoroughly wash the lemons and cut them into small pieces (keep the peel).
Peel the garlic cloves.
Peel and slice the ginger.
Blend the lemon pieces, garlic, and ginger into a coarse mixture.
Pour the mixture into a large pot and add 2 liters of water.
Heat the mixture until it almost boils, but do not let it fully boil.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Strain the mixture and pour the liquid into clean glass bottles.
Store in the refrigerator.
