Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt until slightly frothy.

Add the sugar and continue whisking until the mixture is light and creamy.

Slowly add the vegetable oil, orange juice, and orange zest, mixing gently.

Sift the flour and baking powder together and fold them into the wet ingredients until just combined.
