Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal. Lightly grease with butter or nonstick spray.
Melt the White Chocolate:
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until the mixture is completely melted and smooth. Remove from heat.

Gently fold the chopped dried cherries and walnuts into the white chocolate mixture, ensuring even distribution.
Set the Fudge:

Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours, or until the fudge is firm.
