Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Peel and grate the potatoes. Squeeze out excess moisture.
Dice the onion, Ramiro pepper, mushrooms, and chicken breast into small pieces.
In a large bowl, mix the grated potatoes, diced vegetables, chicken, one beaten egg, garlic powder, and sweet paprika powder.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and flatten it evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake for about 30–40 minutes, or until golden and bubbling.
