Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain any excess grease.
Stir in minced garlic, salt, pepper, ketchup, and mustard. Cook for another 2 minutes and then remove from heat.
Roll out the dough and cut it into rectangles (or use the pre-cut crescent triangles).
Spoon the beef mixture onto each piece of dough and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Roll up each piece tightly, pinching the seams to seal. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over each rollup. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
Bake for 13–15 minutes or until golden brown.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with ketchup, mustard, or ranch for dipping.
