Heat water until it’s warm but not boiling.

Pour the warm water over the cloves.
Let the mixture steep for 10–15 minutes, allowing the water to absorb the cloves' active compounds.
Strain if desired and sip slowly.
For stronger results, you can leave the cloves to soak overnight and drink the water the next morning.
