Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roughly chop the peanuts and hazelnuts. In a large bowl, combine all the nuts, seeds, and dried cranberries.

3️⃣ Bind the Ingredients:
If needed, add a touch of honey or maple syrup to help bind the mixture together.

4️⃣ Shape the Cookies:
Scoop small portions of the mixture and form them into cookie shapes with your hands. Press them firmly so they hold together.

5️⃣ Bake:
Place the cookies on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until they are golden and aromatic.

Let them cool completely on the baking sheet to firm up before serving.
