Ingredients:
For the Custard Cream (Crema Pasticcera):
3 egg yolks

3 tablespoons (30 g) all-purpose flour

½ cup (100 g) sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1½ cups (350 ml) milk

For the Pastry:
1 sheet puff pastry (about 8–9 oz / 230–250 g), thawed if frozen

2 tablespoons sugar (for sprinkling)

1 egg (for egg wash)
