Ingredients:
For the Seafood Pot:
400g white fish fillets (cod, hake, etc.)
300g peeled shrimp
300g cleaned mussels
200g squid, cut into rings
1 chopped onion
2 minced garlic cloves
3 peeled and chopped tomatoes

1 carrot, sliced
1 tsp saffron
1 bouquet garni (thyme, bay leaf)
1.5L fish stock

10 cl olive oil
