In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and flour until smooth. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Prepare the Vegetables:
Add the diced potatoes, chopped onion, grated carrot, and minced garlic to the egg mixture. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
Assemble the Casserole:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Pour the potato mixture into the dish and spread it out evenly. Top with the sliced Bavarian sausages.
Bake:
