In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
Add Flavor:
Stir in the rose water. If you want a beautiful blush color, add a few drops of pink food coloring and mix well.
Chill the Mixture:
Cover and refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours, or until thoroughly chilled.
Churn the Ice Cream:
