In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy.
Thicken the Mixture:
Dissolve the cornstarch in a few tablespoons of cold milk, then add it to the egg mixture. Gradually whisk in the rest of the milk.
Cook the Custard:
Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens into a smooth, creamy custard. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
