In a bowl, beat the mascarpone, cold heavy cream, and powdered sugar together until smooth and slightly thickened. Gently fold in the Nutella until fully combined and creamy.
Dip the Ladyfingers:
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee, just for a second (don't soak, or they'll get too mushy).
Layer the Tiramisu:
In a serving dish, start with a layer of coffee-dipped ladyfingers. Spread a generous amount of the Nutella cream over the top. Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients, finishing with a layer of cream.
Chill:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for the best flavor and texture.
Finish and Serve:
Before serving, dust the top generously with cocoa powder and sprinkle with chocolate shavings if desired.
