In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed biscuits, desiccated coconut, and cocoa powder.
Add the Nutella and stir until everything is evenly combined. The mixture should be sticky but firm enough to roll — if it's too dry, add a little more Nutella.
Scoop out small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls using your hands.
Roll each truffle in extra desiccated coconut to coat them completely.
Place the finished truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set before serving.
