Grandmother’s Buttermilk Cornbread: A Classic Comfort in Every Bite

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish with butter or line with parchment paper.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Set aside to cool slightly.

In a large bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
