Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.

2. Mix the Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, egg, milk, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix gently with your hands or a spoon until just combined—be careful not to overmix, as this can make the meatloaf dense.

3. Shape the Loaf:
Form the mixture into a loaf shape on the baking sheet or press it evenly into the loaf pan.

4. Bake:
