Fluffy French Toast: So Soft, It’s Better Than Cake!

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and salt until smooth and well combined.

Soak the Bread:
Place your slices of bread in the egg mixture. Flip them over to ensure they are completely soaked. Pour any remaining egg mixture over the top and let the bread absorb it fully.

Cook the French Toast:
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-low heat and melt the butter. Carefully place the soaked bread slices into the pan.

Shape and Fry:
Use two spatulas to gently press and shape the bread into neat squares. Once the bottom is golden brown, flip the toast and cook the other side. Don’t forget to fry the edges by standing the toast up briefly on each side!

Serve:
Once fully cooked and golden on all sides, remove from the pan and serve immediately — fluffy, fragrant, and irresistible!
