In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and dry baker’s yeast.
Gradually add lukewarm milk (about 100 ml), mixing gently to activate the yeast.
Stir in 2 eggs, 50 g of sugar, a pinch of salt, and 75 g of melted butter. Mix until a smooth, sticky dough forms.
Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1–2 hours, or until it doubles in size.
Preheat your waffle iron. Lightly grease it with butter or nonstick spray.
Spoon a generous amount of dough into the waffle iron, close the lid, and cook until golden brown and beautifully puffed.
Serve immediately with your favorite toppings!
