Crispy Sliced Baked Potatoes: The Perfect Side Dish for Any Meal

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Prepare the Potatoes:
Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Slice them into ¼-inch thick rounds, trying to keep the slices uniform for even cooking.

3. Season:
In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil or melted butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well coated.

4. Arrange and Bake:
Lay the slices flat on the prepared baking sheet, slightly overlapping them if needed.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are crispy and golden.

5. Add Garnishes (Optional):
Sprinkle with fresh herbs and a little Parmesan cheese during the last 5 minutes of baking if you like extra flavor.
