Ingredients:
1 pound (450 g) old tofu (firm tofu works best)
2 eggs

1 small handful Sichuan peppercorns
1 medium carrot, finely diced
300 g (10.5 oz) pork belly, minced
30 g (2 tbsp) breadcrumbs
30 g (2 tbsp) crispy meat powder (or substitute with extra breadcrumbs)
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
