Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Boil the 4 eggs until hard-boiled (about 9–10 minutes). Cool under cold water, peel, and set aside.

Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 8 equal squares or rectangles.

Wrap each boiled egg with a slice of Hungarian salami.

Place the wrapped eggs onto the center of each puff pastry square.

Fold the pastry neatly around the egg and salami, pinching the edges to seal tightly.

Beat the extra egg and brush it over each pastry parcel.

Sprinkle sesame seeds generously over the tops for extra crunch and flavor.
