Separate the garlic cloves from the bulbs but leave the individual cloves unpeeled.
Wash the lemons thoroughly and cut them into small pieces, keeping the peel intact.
Blend into a Paste:
In a blender, combine the garlic cloves and lemon pieces.
Blend until you form a rough paste. Add a little water if needed to help the blending process.
Simmer the Mixture:
Bring 3 liters of water to a boil in a large pot.
Add the garlic-lemon paste into the boiling water.
Reduce the heat and simmer gently for 5–10 minutes.
Strain and Store:
After simmering, allow the mixture to cool.
Strain it using a fine mesh sieve, discarding the solids.
Pour the clear liquid into clean glass jars and refrigerate.
It stays fresh for up to one week.
