Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine the finely chopped salmon, panko breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, dill, parsley, salt, pepper, and lemon juice (if using).
Mix gently until all ingredients are incorporated.
Form small balls (about the size of a golf ball) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and lightly golden.
For the Creamy Avocado Sauce:
In a blender or food processor, combine the avocado, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Blend until smooth. Add a little water if the sauce is too thick.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
