1 lb (450 g) salmon fillet, skin removed and finely chopped

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 egg

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, for extra brightness)

For the Creamy Avocado Sauce:
1 ripe avocado

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste

A few tablespoons of water (to thin out the sauce, if needed)
