Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the slivered almonds and vanilla icing sugar. Gently fold in the egg white until everything is evenly coated and sticks together.
Shape the Rochers:
Using a spoon, scoop small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Leave a little space between each.
Bake:
Bake for about 15–18 minutes, or until the Rochers are lightly golden and set.
Cool and Enjoy:
Let them cool completely on the tray — they’ll crisp up beautifully as they cool!
